Does Jelpperi also do very small jobs?
Yes we do. Even just drilling a single screw on the wall or mounting a lamp. Sometimes even a little work increases the comfort of living and using your home.
What is the schedule for getting service from Jelpperi?
Usually we aim to serve you in the chores of the home during the same week. We will be happy to work according to your schedule.
Do you also get supplies and produce them when you come?
Yes. We can make supplies and bring supplies and tools with us. Please let us know in advance if the need arises.
Do you also spend construction waste and paint bowls by?
Yes, if agreed. We are happy to leave trash behind. We use HSY Sort Stations for environmental services in the Helsinki region as waste points. In accordance with HSY's price list, we charge for larger waste.
Do you add mileage charges to your prices?
Yes we put small mount to every services.

The hourly rate is € XX for a Jelpperi and € 35 for another operator, why?
It is important that you compare prices and get clear information about the operator's pricing.
Does the other operator possibly have a minimum charge of 2 hours? Does the other operator charge a full hour for the next starting hour?
As a domestic entrepreneur, Jelpper's prices include taxes (VAT + business tax), YEL insurance, liability insurance and expenses for the use of equipment and vehicles. If you notice significantly lower prices for operators in the industry, then often not all payments may have been handled carefully or on time.
In addition, we do not charge travel time to the destination. We also work quickly, making the most of our time.
Do you always charge one hour?
Yes. We always charge for the first hour of work. After that, preferably
15 min. in periods where you do not pay for full hours or half hours. This is the cheapest and clearest for you.
How can I pay for Jelpperi service?
You can pay by debit or credit card.

Does Jelpperi have any guarantee of work, etc.?
Yes it is. If the product we have attached or installed comes off, etc., we will do the attachment again. If you notice an error in our workflow, we will correct it.
We also have IF liability insurance.
